SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD. Please note that the free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and other discounts are applied.

We primarily ship via UPS however, we may also ship items via USPS. All orders will be processed within 2-5 days. Exact shipping times will vary depending on the carrier.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please refer to the Damagessection for additional details.

DAMAGES

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately `at info@nisaneskincare.com. Please note that a picture of the defective or damaged item is required for a replacement to be successfully processed. All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are picked up by our carrier and assigned a tracking number.
